My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were big and bright, making work more comfortable despite a minor issue with the sink. The service was amazing, especially when they surprised us with champagne and chocolate for our anniversary. The location is terrific, right across from Oak Brook Mall, but dining could have had more options. Overall, a great pick for events and conferences.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and fairly comfy on the 7th floor, providing a quiet stay. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very nice and accommodating, although the morning could be hit or miss. The location was good, but with limited on-site amenities, it felt lacking. The dining options were okay, but a promised voucher was missing. Overall, it was a decent stay with some ups and downs.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice and big with a comfortable decor, but it was disappointing not to have a refrigerator for my daughter's milk. The price for one night was $175. The location was convenient, near restaurants and shops, but lacked weight training facilities. The dining experience was okay, but the high price of $16.95 without coffee and limited offerings was a downside. The facilities were adequate for my needs.
